TUXEDO InfinityBook Pro 15 Gen10 AMD with Omarchy
Ten exact-model owner reports document good everyday Linux use. The sole direct Omarchy owner says suspend is working again after upgrading to Omarchy 4 (Quattro).
Bottom line
The current direct Omarchy result is positive: the same owner who lost suspend after an update from 3.8.2 to 3.8.4 reported normal sleep again after upgrading to Omarchy 4 (Quattro), then closed the issue. The thread does not identify the exact 4.x patch or responsible change. Other Linux reports are encouraging for ordinary use, development work and multi-monitor Debian use. They also identify X11 desktop freezes, a two-owner fan-control regression with one limited positive retest, and an overloaded two-monitor DisplayLink setup. No exact 15-inch Arch Linux report was found.
Should you use or buy it?
Use a current Omarchy 4 release: the sole direct owner reported that this cleared the 3.8.4 suspend regression on the same machine. Existing owners should still test fan control and their exact dock path before relying on the machine. Omarchy uses Wayland, so the X11 failures do not predict its desktop behavior directly. Buyers have credible evidence for development work, six-hour battery use on TUXEDO OS and two external FHD displays on Debian, but should verify Ethernet and external-display behavior during the return period.

Detailed findings
Install and boot
TUXEDO OS was reported working out of the box, and separate owners installed Pop!_OS and Debian. Two Arch-based owners encountered recurring desktop freezes, including during graphical installation on one machine.
In practice A successful TUXEDO OS setup does not establish a clean Omarchy install. The two Arch-based failures make the installer and first desktop session important return-window tests.

Desktop and graphics
One owner saw X11 freeze every few minutes across TUXEDO OS, Manjaro and CachyOS while TUXEDO OS remained usable on Wayland. A separate Manjaro Xfce owner could recover a frozen desktop by restarting the display manager from a console.
In practice Omarchy's Wayland desktop is closer to the working path in the cross-distribution report, but neither Arch-based result is a direct Omarchy test.
Internal display and brightness
Owners described the built-in display as sharp and bright. A 2560-by-1600 300 Hz panel remained active in one multi-display report, and a Debian owner used another panel with two external FHD displays.
Sources Owner review and confirmations, DisplayLink dock report, Debian owner report
Keyboard, hotkeys and backlight
Owners described the keyboard as usable, but no retained report tests hotkeys or keyboard-backlight control. TUXEDO's specification lists a five-level white backlight, and its driver changelog records Gen10 backlight and power-profile identifiers.
Omarchy 4.0.2 Omarchy installs the current TUXEDO keyboard-backlight driver on detected TUXEDO laptops. That is vendor-level handling, not a result for this keyboard. Project source
Sources Owner review and confirmations, Debian owner report, InfinityBook Pro 15 Gen10 AMD specifications, TUXEDO driver package changelog
Touchpad and pointing
Owners described the touchpad as usable. Criticism centered on its off-center position and ergonomics rather than a Linux input failure.
Fingerprint and biometrics
TUXEDO lists an IR camera for face recognition but no fingerprint reader. No retained report tests face login under Omarchy or another Linux distribution.
Wi-Fi and Bluetooth
TUXEDO offers Intel AX210 or MediaTek RZ616 wireless modules. Its FAQ says the Intel module cannot use 6 GHz with an AMD processor and that the Motorcomm Ethernet controller needs TUXEDO's driver until Linux 7.0.
In practice Check the installed Wi-Fi module before expecting Wi-Fi 6E, and verify wired networking during an Omarchy install. The retained owner reports do not isolate either network path.

Speakers, microphone and audio
Audio worked in the retained owner reports, but two owners considered the speakers merely adequate compared with premium laptops.
Sources Owner review and confirmations
Camera
The webcam worked on TUXEDO OS and Pop!_OS, with both owners describing image quality as a weak point and one noting poor low-light sensitivity.
Sources Owner review and confirmations
Suspend and resume
The same owner who reported a failure on Omarchy 3.8.4 later reported normal sleep after upgrading the same machine to Omarchy 4 (Quattro) and closed the issue.
In practice Treat suspend as working in the latest direct report, not as an unresolved regression. This is one owner's before-and-after result; the exact 4.x patch and responsible change are not identified.
External displays and docks
One external monitor and USB peripherals worked through a USB-C hub for about six months, and a Debian owner used two external FHD displays without reporting a problem. Driving two monitors through a Dell D6000 and a separately installed DisplayLink driver caused desktop-service crashes, high memory use, constant fan noise and repeated Firefox stalls.
In practice The failure belongs to that DisplayLink path. The Debian report shows a separate two-monitor path can work, but does not identify its ports or adapters.
Battery, power and thermals
A detailed owner review reported six hours of development work from a 90% charge cap and little fan noise during ordinary use. A Debian owner reported 40 to 69 C during compilation and said the stock control-center profile worked. Two TUXEDO OS owners separately reported intermittent full-speed fans while the control center could not read or control them.
In practice The original fan-control reporter said there had been no further problem after moving to tuxedo-drivers 4.18.2, but did not state how long the retest ran. The issue remains open and the second owner did not report a post-update result. Verify fan control after updates and power-state changes.

Daily use
Battery and mobile work
Six hours in one owner report
The 99 Wh review unit delivered about six hours of browsing, VS Code and terminal work while charging was capped at 90%. This is a TUXEDO OS result, not an Omarchy battery test.
Sources Owner review and confirmations
Screen, input and calls
Good basics, modest media hardware
Owners liked the display and found the keyboard and touchpad usable. The speakers and webcam worked, but neither compared favorably with premium-laptop hardware; another owner found the keyboard and touchpad adequate but below older ThinkPads.
Docked desk use
Connection path matters
One external display through a USB-C hub was routine, and a Debian owner used two external FHD displays. A different machine became impractical with two monitors through a DisplayLink-based dock and separately installed driver.
Carrying and maintenance
Large-screen portable, upgradeable inside
The chassis weighs 1.75 kg, and owners described it as solid but noticeably larger than a 14-inch ultrabook. TUXEDO says removing the bottom panel exposes both memory slots, both storage slots, the Wi-Fi card and the fans.

Performance
Software development
Credible everyday capacity
One owner used VS Code, Docker and several browsers in power-saving mode without describing a performance problem. A Debian owner compiled software with reported temperatures between 40 C and 69 C. These are useful workload results, not benchmarks or Omarchy-specific speed claims.
Integrated-graphics gaming
Some headroom, no Omarchy result
One owner reported Fortnite at 4K on Windows, while another described 45 to 60 fps in Elden Ring at roughly 1600 by 1050 with FSR and occasional stutter. The operating system was not stated for the second result, so neither establishes Omarchy gaming performance.
Sources Owner review and confirmations
Native multi-monitor development
Three displays reported on Debian
A Debian owner compiled software while using the internal panel and two external FHD displays without reporting a display or stability problem. The connection path was not stated.
Sources Debian owner report
Two-monitor DisplayLink work
Poor on the reported dock path
Web-office work became unreliable when the Dell D6000 DisplayLink setup drove two external monitors; removing the dock restored normal behavior.
